Italy National Football Team




Italy National Football Team (Nazionale di calcio dell’Italia), represents Italy in association football and is controlled by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), the governing body for football in Italy. Italy is the second most successful national team in the history of the World Cup behind Brazil, having won four titles (1934, 1938, 1982, 2006). They have also won one European championship (1968), one Olympic football tournament (1936) and two Central European International Cups. The traditional colour of the national team
is azure blue.

An important game for Italy during qualification is when beat Estonia in Tallinn. This is the first game as coach Cesare Prandelli Azzuri. Italian left earlier, and the pursuit of a goal by Antonio Cassano and Leonardo Bonucci. Italy did not experience a setback. They won six of seven games, and only once lost numbers when he was arrested in Belfast Northern Ireland - before it took place at Euro 2012 with a 1-0 home win over Slovenia. Giampaolo Pazzini became a hero in the game.
